Ticket Golem is a Discord bot dedicated to helping servers manage private tickets. They come with straightforward commands that help both mods and users keep their tickets organized

Features

Customizable tickets

Tickets can be customized with a name and description, making it easy for mods to see what a user needs at a glance, or for mods to come back to a neat summary of what the ticket was about

Customizable limits

By default users can open up to 5 tickets at once and add up to 10 total users to the discussion if needed. Want to limit how many tickets a user can have open at once, or how many users can be added to tickets? With TG, you can do both!

Simple ticket permissions

TG was made to be simple and easy to set up. When it comes to ticket permissions, there are two options: specifying mod roles that should have access to tickets, and inheriting permissions from the tickets category. If you like Discord's permissions system, and you'd rather set up a category to handle your permissions, that's totally possible!
