The colors are taken directly from its companion flag, the polyfragmented one. The pink part is greyed out to represent a system with subsystems that may also not have layers

Description

A 5 striped flag, with all the stripes vertical. The leftmost and rightmost stripes are blue, with the large center stripe being a dull pink. Between them are thin white stripes (or transparency, for the transparent version)
