Cryo system: A system that either seems to have been dormant ("frozen") and is now coming out of that ("thawing"), or fluctuates between those two states often. Also applies to those who seem to mostly go dormant during certain seasons/times of the year

Description

A 5 striped flag, with all the stripes vertical. The leftmost and rightmost stripes are dark blue, with the large center stripe being a lighter blue. Between them are thin white stripes (or transparency, for the transparent version)
